Corcoran (Enterprises) Fire LLC is owned and operated by Chris Corcoran. He learned the fire protection business from the ground up while working for his father. Upon Chris’ fathers retirement, several of the Corcoran children went on to establish their own fire protection businesses. Chris started FPS Fire Protection Systems Corporation in 1987 and Corcoran Enterprises (now Corcoran Fire) in 1992.

Today, FPS is mainly responsible for design and engineering while Corcoran Fire is responsible for the installation of fire suppression systems. Corcoran Fire’s main focus in the multi-family industry, mostly concentrating on large scale apartment and condominium developments while also undertaking projects of assisted/senior living and hotels. All projects undertaken by Corcoran Enterprises are done in-house, with no sub-contract labor.

As a small business, Corcoran Fire has accumulated experience working throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, and has offices located in Burton and Grand Rapids (Byron Center), Michigan as well as Fort Wayne and Angola, Indiana. Corcoran Fire offers quality service at a competitive price.
