About the Apprenticeship
Our apprenticeship is a 4-year program combining hands-on jobsite training with progressive skill development. Apprentices work alongside experienced journeymen to learn commercial fire sprinkler system installation from the ground up.
You’ll gain real-world experience in:
- Commercial fire sprinkler system installation
- Blueprint reading and system layout
- Pipefitting and grooving
- OSHA safety standards and jobsite practices
- Working safely at heights and on ladders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work in commercial construction environments
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work overhead
- Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn a skilled trade
- No experience required — we will train the right candidate
